    The customer service in here is superb ! I didn't get my toes or nails done because I was in a rush but I did get my eyebrows done. I believe it was the owner that did them. She did an amazing job!! She cared about keeping my thickness and natural arch and told me she can get my eyebrows back to their natural shape because previously people were taking too much hair off. I'll definitely be back !

    I love this place! I was visiting family in Oakland and this is my niece's favorite nail salon. I've been in on my last two visits for a pedicure and both times were an amazing experience. The BEST foot massage ever and the space is cute and has a special section for little kids to make them feel special and pampered. Everyone is super nice. I look forward to coming back in on my next visit!

    4.5 stars I used to frequent a different salon but after stopping in at Forever Beauty I switched over! I'm a regular here now because it's easy to get an appointment and everyone is incredibly nice. The wait isn't ridiculous even when I'm listed as a walk-in. I knocked half a star because some technicians don't get my nail perfect, but most give me just what I need. Parking is tough to get in the area especially during weekdays. It's overall a great vibe here!

    I judged this book by its cover. I came in with low expectations based on reviews and the not so modern aesthetic. However, my gel manicure was done meticulously and my nails are still chip free 8 days in. Holly (I believe the nail tech's name) went in and did a great job with cuticles. I get crazy hang nails and usually have to nudge the techs to cut more, but not Holly. The hand massage was really well done and service was nice enough. Again, the spot is bright pink and not in a fun Instagram way. The space is bright, but a little shabby. I noticed on their services menu they do waxing, threading and micro blading. For a quick nail fix in the neighborhood, it got the job done.
